Solutions · Nurseries
Propagation, protection and steady growth.
Propagation film · Shade net · Insect net · Floor fabric · Seedling trays
A nursery solution is a coordinated set of covering, shading, pest-exclusion, floor, irrigation and support materials chosen for propagation and young-plant production. Plug seedlings, flowers, ornamentals, shrubs and young trees all need something different, so one fixed list does not suit every nursery.

Propagation climate
PE, EVA or PO film with crop-specific shade net to manage light, heat, rain and condensation during propagation.
Protection & clean floors
Insect net, permeable weed fabric, irrigation and fiberglass supports matched to tray layout, spacing and target pests.
Repeat-cycle supply
Approved specs kept on file for the next propagation cycle, expansion or dealer reorder.
What goes into the system
Product systems for more controlled nursery production.
The plan follows propagation conditions, plant sensitivity, pest pressure, floor layout, water delivery and the move from protected growth to hardening.
01
Propagation & cover films
PE, EVA and PO films for propagation houses, greenhouses and seasonal shelters, with UV, light transmission, diffusion, thermal, anti-fog and anti-drip functions.
02
Shade & pest exclusion
HDPE shade and insect nets chosen by plant light demand, target pest, ventilation, shade rate, mesh and local UV exposure.
03
Nursery floor & trays
Permeable weed-control fabric for clean floors and container areas, plus seedling trays in a range of cell counts for uniform propagation.
04
Irrigation & light support
Drip tape and irrigation layouts for beds and containers, plus corrosion-resistant fiberglass rods for low covers, net supports and plant training.
Application scenarios
Configured for different plants and nursery stages.
Germination, active growth, spacing, transplant preparation and hardening each need different light, water and ventilation.
Seedling propagation and plug production
Vegetable and fruit seedlings in trays under film and fine mesh, with controlled shade and even watering for uniform transplants.
Flower and ornamental nurseries
Cut-flower and ornamental young plants that need balanced light quality, airflow, clean floors and careful daily handling.
Outdoor containers, shrubs and young trees
Tree-seedling and container nurseries with durable ground cover, drip lines and seasonal shade or insect net.
Complete packages
Packages for propagation, growing-on and hardening.
Choose the closest production package, then adjust film type, shade rate, mesh, GSM, emitter layout, rod diameter, roll format, UV level, labels and packaging.

Why TradeBridge
One nursery brief. One coordinated material system.
A nursery solution earns its value when the products work together across propagation, growing-on and hardening, not when every category is pushed to the highest specification.
01
Integrated nursery sourcing
Film, shade net, insect net, floor fabric, trays, irrigation and supports on one material plan.
02
Plant-stage configuration
Materials matched to species, propagation stage, tray or container layout, season, climate and pests.
03
Balanced growing conditions
Shade and pest exclusion balanced with the light, airflow and humidity sensitive young plants need.
04
Flexible specifications
Film dimensions and functions, shade rate and mesh, fabric GSM, irrigation spacing and rod sizes.
05
Defined quality checks
Dimensions, thickness or GSM, tensile performance, optical properties, permeability and flow agreed in advance.
06
Ready for the next cycle
Approved specs kept on file, so replacement shade net or trays match what you already run.
How it works
How we configure a nursery solution.
Five steps turn plant and nursery information into a clear product list before anything is ordered.
Step 01
Define the nursery
Plant type, propagation method, nursery size, bench or container layout, location, climate, stages, pests, water source and service life.
Step 02
Build the combination
Climate cover, shade, pest exclusion, floor management, irrigation zones and support components.
Step 03
Approve the specification
Materials, dimensions, additives, shade rate, mesh, GSM, emitter spacing and flow, rod diameter, samples and packaging.
Step 04
Supply and inspect
Agreed characteristics checked, such as dimensions, thickness, GSM, shade rate, light properties or emitter flow.
Step 05
Deliver and standardise
Approved specification kept for the next propagation cycle, expansion or distributor reorder.
Example configuration
Propagation package for seedlings and ornamentals
A nursery supplier needs one coordinated package for plug seedlings and ornamental young plants. A typical configuration combines greenhouse film, stage-specific shade net, insect net, permeable floor fabric, seedling trays, irrigation and fiberglass supports, organised around bench layout, local sun exposure and crop cycles.

FAQ
Nursery solution FAQs
Final specifications are confirmed against species, growth stage, climate, nursery layout, pests, irrigation design and installation method.
What information do you need for a nursery solution?
Plant species, propagation method, production stage, nursery dimensions, bench or container layout, temperature and sun conditions, target pests, water source, expected service life and quantity. Photos and layout drawings improve accuracy.
Which shade rate suits seedlings and nursery plants?
Young plants usually need more shade than mature crops, and needs fall as plants harden off. Many nurseries use two levels: a higher shade rate for propagation and a lighter one for growing-on. We recommend rates by species and stage.
How should insect-net mesh be chosen for a nursery?
Choose mesh by the smallest pest you must exclude, such as whitefly, aphids or thrips, then check that ventilation stays sufficient. Finer mesh needs more vent area to avoid heat and humidity build-up.
Which greenhouse film suits propagation houses?
Film with good light diffusion and anti-drip performance helps keep light even and prevents condensation dripping onto young plants. UV life and thickness are matched to how long the structure will stay covered.
What GSM weed-control fabric should a nursery use?
It depends on foot traffic, container weight, drainage needs and service life. Container areas and walkways usually justify heavier, durable woven fabric. We send samples so you can compare.
What quality checks can be done before delivery?
Dimensions, thickness or GSM, tensile performance, shade rate, light properties, permeability and emitter flow, with methods agreed before production.
